All meetings held via videoconferencing will be held on Tuesdays and begin at 6:30 p.m. except January 17, 2017, February 21, 2017, and November 21, 2017, which will begin at 6:00 p.m.
All meetings held face-to-face will be held on Saturdays and begin at 9:30 a.m. June face-to-face meetings will alternate between Sioux Lookout/Stratton/Atikokan.
Meetings are not scheduled for July and August but may be called at the discretion of the Chair.
