Dear Caring Adults,
Happy May! It is hard to believe that we are here, and only have a short time left in the school year! Our days continue to be busy and filled with many exciting learning opportunities in our classrooms and learning spaces, on field trips and during special events. At this time of year, it is exciting to see how all of our students have grown. They are so proud of their accomplishments. We thank you for your ongoing support and for being an important member of our team.
During the month of May we celebrate Catholic Education Week and this year's theme is Rebuild, Restore, Renew Together, which is very fitting for all that we have experienced over the last two years. As we work through the various challenges we have faced over the last few years, it is very fitting that Mental Health Week falls within the same time as Catholic Education Week. We continue to support our students with their educational, emotional and spiritual needs.
As we near the end of the school year, my hope for everyone is to have a fabulous end to the school year. We have worked together to overcome so much. The lyrics of the Catholic Education Week song, "The Chance", are an excellent reminder that when we come together we are given the opportunity to make the best out of any situation, and to move forward.
Together we have the chance to recover
The chance, the chance to rediscover
Take the chance, the chance to find one another
All together, once again
Together, once again
Yours in Catholic Education,
