- All meetings held via videoconferencing will be held on the third Tuesday of the month.
- All meetings held face-to-face will be held on Saturdays. June face-to-face meetings will alternate between Sioux Lookout/Stratton/Atikokan and September face-to-face meetings will alternate between Fort Frances/Dryden.
- Meetings are not scheduled for July and August but may be called at the discretion of the Chair.
